Hello Everyone. I am a new NX user. Most experience is with the CAM side. Looking for a direction to go in for this problem. We are manufacturing small medical components. This requires a nesting fixture. In the pics I have projected the profile of the component and extruded the profile up. The nest is the extracted faces of the component. How can I join these two so it is a solid? I have tried Extrude/Subtract.I know how to create a ribbon surface between the two I can machine to but it is hollow inside and would prefer a solid. Any help is appreciated.
