Change default in Weld Symbol > Weld Line

Hi

Does sombody know if there are some workaround in NX, which can be used to change the default Weld Line type from "Plain" to "ID line Above".....

As I can see , the only way is to save menu layout as favorite, and then call it from a custom command....

Is this the way to do it ? and in a global setup with many users , as well?
