Sheet Metal Cut behavior

Hello, While in an assembly, I made a sheet metal part the working part and then made a Normal Cutout - and referenced some holes that were in the assembly.  After finishing the cutout, I got a warninng that said the internal sketch could not be resolved.  "Update Warning and Failure Report"

I then went into the part and worked on the cutout and even removed all constraints and then re-dimensioned everything and added new constraints.  I even re-attached the sketch, but I'm still getting the same original warning:

SB Normal Cutout(11)                Warning: Placement of the internal sketch cannot be resolved due to parent conflicts. Reattach the s
ketch.

Warning: Unable to reference parent objects that are either suppressed or modeled away.

The final cut looks OK, but still has that warning.  Should I just assume it's OK and leave it alone or is there something I can do to fix it.  I don't like leaving features with warnings, but I'm not sure what else to do.  Thanks
