Dock Layer Settings

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to dock the Layer Settings in NX.
I often work with more bodies or surfaces inside one model. Instead of hiding/unhiding stuff - I assign them to layers. It bugs me I have to turn on the layer settings each time I want to turn a layer on or off.

Could I dock the layer settings menu somewhere?
Is there a better way to handle this?
