Custom templates via "Application > Drafting"

Hello, 

I've created custom templates for our company. I've added the .prt file in the UGII/templates folder, and also update the .PAX file.   The templates do show up in "New > drawing", but they do not show up when I first create a model, and then go to Application > drafting. 

I've noticed that I can use the custom template when selecting "stand-alone part", and not "reference existing part".

Is it possible to get the custom template to also show up in the next window:
