Aligning hex rivet nuts to hex holes ?

How to make hex rivet nuts aligning to hex holes faster ?

• Now I use Move ->Touch align to every faces randomly to align it. Sometimes it works but through numerous alignings...
• (Note: no constrains used in this company so Move is used)
