Have NX drawing load model automatically?

Using 1867 with Teamcenter.  We have some occasional users that will open a drawing to make a print, or just look at something, and are complaining that the drawing won't update.  In actuality, the message in the lower left is "unloaded", which depending what was done prior, the drawing may, or may not be up to date.

So, is there a customer default I can turn on, to load the component, so when they update the drawing, it actually updates?

will turning on "Load Component on View Update" do this?  Help docs aren't real clear.

Load Component on View Update

This option determines whether or not components should be loaded as needed to update lightweight views.

Default Name: Drafting_loadComponentOnUpdate

Valid Options: [Yes,No]
