convert offsetbody into step file.

hello expert,

  I am trying to make step file of offset body of tube. but its only tube is convert into step. I want only  step file of offsetbody , its only occure if there is solid body. could i make offsetbody into solidbody? Is there any way to make solid ?? I tried so many thing but not working. here i attached same example of my problem.
