spline division by curvature / radius of knot point

Hello Experts,

 I am trying to divide spline when it turns.

Is there any way to divide curve by curvature of spline or something radius of curve along the path??

Is there something GUI or Nx open code to do this ??

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Please guide me to useful tutorials or a solution to overcome this.
