Hole pattern on drawing

Hello,

I am trying to find a solution for dimensioning hole pattern. I tried searching on forum for similar topic, however without any success. 

I have a part in which span of a hole pattern is dependent on overall length. The pitch is constant so it means that the quantity of hole instances will change if the length is changed. 

 Before updating to new length

The problem is when I update the drawings, because some holes will not be dimensioned or the annotations will lose associativity.

After update. Part is longer some holes are not dimensionedAfter update. Shorter part. Some dimensions lose association

Is there a way to automate dimensioning of holes when the quantity of instances change?

The ultimate goal is to give new input to more complex model and then only update drawing without having to worry about placing more dimensions even if hole quantity change. 

In the example, I use Ordinate dimension for dimensioning holes, but I am open to use another method. 

I'm using NX 11.0.2.7
