Part Famly members not taking DB_PART_NAME

Another user, 2 actually, have been creating part families, and for the most part everything is working, but today I was informed by both of them, that the Family Members have DB_PART_NAME, set as the DB_PART_NO from the model template seed file.

My initial thought, was that the colulmn for DB_PART_NAME was forgotten, but when I checked it's there, and correctly filled out.  I don't see any obvious strange characters, like a carraige return, or extra space, etc.

Any thoughts as to what may cause this?   you were so helpful last question?  Work around, is for the users to manually change DB_PART_NAME in Teamcenter, which can be time consuming...the goal of the part family was to save time   Unfortunatly, the part can not be uploaded to this forum.
