Very often in my experience, when all the input geometries are well prepared for Studio Surface to yield a G2 continuous surface, SS simply refuses to work as expected, even with all kinds of Rebuild.
In the example below, I don't try to fix the model, but hope to seek comments on what leads to the G2 failure. Thanks!
