Expression editor - how to make active group "stick"

NX10.0.3.5 MP16 or MP19

In the expression editor, I can make an expression group the "active" group.

How can I make that "Stick" when the part is saved, closed & re-opened?

I can set the active group, and close/open the expression dialog, and the active group stays the same.

I save the part & close it.

But when I re-open the part, the active group reverts to "Default group"

I looked in customer defaults, I didn't seem to find anything.
