NX 12 - Sketch - Edit Parameters - Reattach - Grayed Out

I apologize if this is addressed elsewhere. At times I need to move a sketch to a new datum plane, but I see no way to do so. Here's what I've done in the past (in previous versions of NX).

Right-click on sketch --> choose "Edit Parameters..." --> choose "Reattach"

However, in NX12, the "Reattach" option is grayed out and I am unable to use it. I have a couple work arounds, but it's frustrating and time consuming. Any idea why it is grayed out? Or is there a new method for reattching sketches?
