Electrical Routing

Hello,

I'm a mechanical designer working on a wire bundle where I'm using data imported from Capital Harness.  This is my first time doing this bridging process, and for the most part it seems to work pretty slick.  One issue I've run into that I can't seem to figure out is how I define two different paths running between the same two connectors (it's a shielding requirement).  I have two separate splines drawn between the two connectors, and when I "Auto Route" NX groups all the wires on the shorter spline, which makes sense.  I haven't used "Manual Route" for anything yet, but that seemed like what I might want to try, however, right clicking on the wires in the Electrical Connection Navigator and selecting Manual Route > Component Level causes NX to freeze up...... and I'm not sure if "Manual Route" is actually going to get me what I want.  It seems to me there should be a way to select a spline and assign it to a wire(s) in the Electrical Connection Navigator, assuming it has the correct connector/device at each end.

Anyone have experience with this?
