I'm having trouble modeling a complex bottle opener shape. I made a prototype which I 3D scanned to help me during the CAD modeling process. The scan isn't precise enough since it was made from a prototype. That's why I have to remodel the entire bottle opener. It has to be ready for manufacturing.
How would you model this design with surfaces? Any guidelines are very much appreciated. (the model in the attached files is the 3D scanned body)
