Hi, All!
I'm working in an assembly and I want to open a component in that assembly, but I can't figure out how. I have a large assembly which was opened from a .stp file. All the components are in the same folder, and I've confirmed that those components ARE the same ones that are in the assembly. I right-click on a component in the model tree, and I get an option to open>completely, but this doesn't seem to do anything. Additionally, the assembly and all the components in the model tree have red check marks beside them, which is disconcerting....
I'm coming from Inventor and SolidWorks, and seem to treat Drawings, Assemblies and Parts differently than NX does. Is there a way to open a drawing and its reference model at the same time? I've been having to shut down a model to open the drawing of that part, this seems cumbersome.
