Drawing symbol Error!!!!!!

Hello All,

I just typed < 0,1% in spreadsheet. When I switch to drawing sheet tabular note, it shows error. Pictures are attached.

I have checked for text format in both spreadsheet and drawing table tabular note. Its all fine. Somehow Im getting this error. Not sure Why!!
