Studio Spline > Polygon > Step Value not work?

 

To edit a spline, Step Value is a good tool. Whenever it's availabe, I would try to use it.
 
But when Movement is set to Polygon, clicking Step Value +/- does not move the pole.
 
Is anything wrong? Thanks
