In NX Sketcher, a curve with Scalable Group constraint can be stretched freely by dragging its end points.
I wonder whether it's possible to do similar job on curves outside the sketcher. In Alias they have a command Curve Stretch for the job.
X-Form has an Advanced Method option --- Proportional. But it seems not to work the way as expected above.
