Pattern Hole Recognitions

I got 3D model comes from other CAD system (STEP format file) with some pattern of hole. That pattern I will use it as a refrence to pattern component in assembly mode. 

Is there are feature to recognize pattern from dumb model? I mean same feature recognize feature in SolidEdge ST6. Or any other methode in NX to pattern components based on hole pattern.
