Internal error: memory access violation

Hi everyone,

I am not able to find any possible causes for this error.

Internal error: memory access violation

Two of the cases when I faced this are:

1. While opening a part file: Error occurred during display of part.
2. Other one showed up during tool path verification, while generating IPW.

What could be the reason for this?
