Helical groove in NX9

Hi,

I have an hollow cylinder, OD 150 and ID 100. I have created an helical groove of 2x2 on outer periphery. There is an sharp corner developed at the start and end of helical groove. I would like to apply a small blend on that sharp corner. Let me know which option will help to create blend.
