"Parsing error in file"

Hello,

We received 3 .ginspect files (GOM inspect) from a laser scanning company. I can convert these files through GOM inspect to .STL files for reverse engineering in siemens NX.

Now one of these converted .STL files is giving me problems with "parsing error in file". The other 2 files worked as should.

I'm using the File > Import > STL file option in NX. Using the same settings as I did for the other 2 files. So is there any way to know what's wrong with the 3rd file, or any solutions to get rid of the error?
