When creating margins for ordinate dimensions, the margin lines will typically be offset away from the view. However, I'll occasionally have it where the margin lines will be offset inside the view (please review attached file). I have no idea why this occurs. It seems that I can be going through exactly the same steps and most of the time it will work one way and then all of a sudden, it offsets in the opposite correct. If someone could please explain what is going on and what I can do to stop it, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks
